Responsibilities
The CTI OS Engineer, Level 3, will provide support for desktop and server-based agent applications for virtual multi-site contact centers.
Qualifications
Candidate must have broad experience with Cisco CTI OS/CAD SDK and desktop- and server-based agent applications for virtual multi-site contact centers. In addition, must have experience in design, programming and deployment of CTI OS/CAD-based intelligent screen pop and softphone in J2EE, .NET, VB, Siebel, IBM green screen screen scrape and other package environments.
Skills should include: !. Experience conducting CTI OS interface assessments and redesign as part of assimilating existing desktop screen pops and soft phones into a supporting environment. 2. Experience with Microsoft desktop and server operations, APIs, and Java servelets 3. Experience with Cisco reporting, ICME scripting, UCCE, CVP, outbound, and IPTEL is considered a plus. Knowledge and/or Skill Requirements: 1.Strong technical, client and people management skills 2.Minimum 5 years experience in design, implementation or support lead roles for large Cisco multi-site contact centers 3.Experience doing QA, support and management of junior support resources on a skills or shift basis
