Responsibilities
The Contact Center Reports Engineer will create reporting requirements, design reporting extracts and reports as well as build, test and deploy a custom reporting environment and reports for Cisco UCCE, ICME, CVP and outbound environments for virtual multi-site contact center solutions.
Qualifications
Job Duties and/or Requirements: 1. Broad experience with Cisco Contact Center Reporting metrics, reporting servers and databases, HDS, custom reporting and Latigent report environments 2. Ability to create reporting requirements, design reporting extracts and reports as well as build, test and deploy a custom reporting environment and reports for Cisco UCCE, ICME, CVP and outbound environments
Skills should include: 1. Experience conducting report assessments and redesign as part of re-engineering existing reports and dashboards into a new environment 2. Experience debugging reporting extracts and reporting errors 3. Additional experience with Cisco ICME scripting, CTI OS, UCCE, CVP, and outbound is considered a plus Knowledge and/or Skill Requirements: 1. Strong technical, client and people management skills 2. Minimum 4 years experience in design, implementation or engineering roles for large Cisco multi-site contact centers 3. Experience owning deliverables and achieving project plan deadlines 4. Ability to create requirements and project specifications and estimate professional services hour and resource requirements
